By accessing this website, booking a session, or subscribing to content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this site and its offerings.

Light Your Line, LLC is offered as a space for writing, reflection, energetic support, and personal inquiry.

All content is provided for informational, educational, and reflective purposes only. Use of this website signifies your agreement to engage with this space responsibly and in accordance with these terms.

Subscription Access

Reiki Services (Individual & Animal)

Light Your Line, LLC offers intuitive, distance Reiki sessions for both individuals and animals.

All sessions are conducted remotely and independently. Physical presence or real-time participation is not required unless explicitly stated.

Session Format & Participation

Unless a cancellation or rescheduling request is received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session, the session will proceed as planned.

Reiki energy will be offered during the appointed time, and any agreed-upon recordings, summaries, or reflections will be provided afterward.

Session Length

Sessions typically last 45 minutes to 1 hour, which may include:

  • Approximately +/-30 minutes of intuitive Reiki channeling
  • Preparation and grounding prior to the session
  • Optional post-session recordings or intuitive reflections

Session length may vary slightly based on guidance received during the session.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations: Requests made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.

Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

No-Shows: Because sessions do not require live participation, sessions will proceed unless canceled or rescheduled in accordance with this policy.

Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 5–10 business days.

Eligibility

By booking a session, you confirm that you are:

  • At least 18 years of age, and
  • For Animal Reiki – the legal guardian or authorized caregiver of the animal receiving Reiki

Scope of Practice

Reiki is a complementary, non-invasive energy modality intended to support balance, relaxation, and wellbeing.

Juana Gutierrez is not a licensed physician, veterinarian, psychologist, or mental health professional and does not diagnose, treat, cure, prescribe, or prevent any medical, psychological, or veterinary condition.

Reiki services are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or veterinary care. You are advised to consult a licensed professional for any health-related concerns.

Informed Consent for Distance Reiki

By booking a session, you voluntarily consent to receive intuitive, distance Reiki services.

You acknowledge that:

  • Reiki responses vary by individual
  • No specific outcomes can be guaranteed
  • Reiki is experiential and subjective in nature

After the Session (Individual & Animal)

Post-session responses may include, but are not limited to:

  • Increased relaxation or restfulness
  • Emotional release or energetic shifts
  • Temporary fatigue or heightened awareness
  • A desire for hydration or quiet integration time

These responses are considered normal. You agree to care for yourself or your animal responsibly following the session.

Confidentiality

All personal and session-related information is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without written consent, except where disclosure is required by law.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

By scheduling a session, you agree to all cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

No refunds are issued for sessions canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time or for sessions already conducted.

Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk

By participating in Reiki services or using this website, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Reiki is a complementary practice and not medical or veterinary treatment
  • You voluntarily assume all responsibility for your physical, emotional, mental, and energetic wellbeing
  • You remain solely responsible for your own health or your animal’s care

To the fullest extent permitted under Florida law, you release, waive, and discharge Juana Gutierrez and Light Your Line, LLC from any and all claims, demands, damages, or liability arising from participation in services or use of this website.

Energetic & Written Offerings

Written content reflects lived experience and personal perspective and is not presented as advice, instruction, or professional guidance.

Limitation of Liability
